This series explores the connections and conflicts of traditional catholic conservatism, the idea of purity, in congruence with the growing pains of queer adolescence and growing up alone. The "pudis," amorphous bear-like characters that reoccur in these works, come to symbolize the naive innocence and purity that is both comforting and suffocating.
